To join Precious PlayTime, simply download and fill out our convenient forms and bring them in at the time of your first visit! During registration, you will also be asked to fill out our Personal Information Form. This will provide Precious PlayTime with emergency contact information and medical care consent.   There is a yearly family registration fee of $25.00.
